Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This policy describes the Padora Android companion app (“the app”). Padora is developed by odd.tiger (contact below).
Summary
- Match history is stored on your phone only.
- The Android app has no cloud account and no Padora backend. Match data stays on your phone.
- The website feedback form emails your message to us through Brevo. Sending also asks Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to check the browser. That is separate from the app.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Sync from your watch uses the Zepp app on your phone and a localhost connection on your device, data does not leave your phone except through that local sync path.
Data the app stores on your device
When you sync from your watch, the app may store:
- Match date and time
- Set scores and match result (winner or draw)
- Internal match identifiers used for sync and delete
This data stays in the app's local storage on your phone until you delete it in the app.
Watch pairing
If you set up watch pairing, a 6-digit pairing code is stored on your phone using
Android encrypted storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences). It is used only to
verify sync requests on your device. The Android app does not send it to a Padora server.
What we do not collect
- No Padora user account
- No analytics or crash reporting SDKs in the current version
- No collection of name, email, or location by the app
- No automatic upload of your match history to our servers
Third-party services
Sync requires the Zepp mobile app and a compatible smartwatch running the Padora watch app. Data flows watch -> Zepp -> your phone's Padora app over a local connection on the device. We do not control Zepp's privacy practices; see Zepp's policies for their app.
Backups and security
Android cloud backup for the app is disabled. Match history and pairing data remain on your device unless you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Your choices
- Delete individual matches in the app
- Stop sync and remove the app to delete local data
- Regenerate or clear pairing in Sync -> Manage pairing
Website feedback form
If you send a message from the Padora website, we email that message to ourselves using Brevo. The message can include the topic, an optional device name, an optional email address, and the text you write. We use it only to answer you. Brevo processes the email on our behalf.
Sending also loads Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise in your browser and requests a token so Firebase App Check can reject automated submissions. Google receives that check, including browser and network signals. The message text is not part of the reCAPTCHA check.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes (for example, if we add cloud features). The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
